Good morning and Happy Saturday!

I finally have internet again! The past few days have been hectic: Closing on the new house, packing and moving. We’re still not done, but husband and I are just about finished moving everything into the new house.

My arms, shoulders, legs and back are sore from lifting for the past few days. I guess it’s a blessing and a curse in disguise! I forgot how much of a workout you get from lifting and carrying boxes up and down the stairs! 😉

On a more exciting note..I’ll be able to start a more permanent workout routine starting Monday!!

I stumbled across this poster, and I believe this hit the nail on the head. Discipline + your belief in yourself and your program (fitness or nutritional)  + your Attitude = Happiness.

All it takes is 22 days for something to become a habit. 22 days, you can do it!  Eventually it will become second nature. For me personally, my goals are: To tone up, slim down and lose weight. Your journey begins with one step at a time. You never know what you can achieve until you try. I’m right here with you every step of the way. Those that are in the same boat as you are with you as well. Do something everyday that gets you closer towards your goals. It may take you weeks, months or years. Whatever you do..Don’t quit!

It’s back to unpacking in the new house and finishing up moving items from the old house over.
