Believe, Sweat, Inspire!

“Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t” – Rikki Rogers

Good morning!

I can’t believe that we’re halfway through the week already. From when I first created this blog and when I made the decision to transform into a better me, I’m down a total of 2.2 lbs. (146) from when I started! (YIKES!). This is just from running 1.5 miles every other day, walking by dog 1.5-2 miles every day, and watching my portion during meals.

I’ve fallen off the workout wagon dozens of time. I would lose a few pounds in the past, and then just be stuck. It was very discouraging, so I would stop that routine and do something else. Well, no more of that! Even though I’m happy with myself, I want to be happier. I want to feel confident in my own body without seeing a blob in the mirror.

The promise I made to myself –

Time for me to get ready to close on the new house! I can’t tell you how excited I am to have a house of our own to call ‘home’! But…I’m even more excited to hurry and get everything moved in! I want to start my workout routine with my new fitness/nutritional products, and let the fun begin! 🙂

Until next time… 🙂

    1. Thank you for the kind words! 🙂 I want to be as encouraging as possible and motivate people to not give up when they’re following a a health/wellness/workout routine. I know that they can be discouraging when you don’t get the results you want. In the past I’ve struggled with switching my routines mid-way because I’m not happy with my progress. In the end I get lazy. I’m still learning as I go, but I’m ready for a positive change and to start my new routine Monday! 😉 The the most important thing I’ve learned (and can’t stress enough) is to stick with the routine you choose and really believe in yourself. Be proud of the progress you are making. It doesn’t matter if you lose 1 lb a week, or 10 lbs a week. You’re still losing weight and you should be proud of what you’re doing.
